Terms of Service

1. Service Description

TWCCCheck provides a card verification service that allows authorized users to check the validity of payment cards through supported gateways. The service is provided on an as-is basis.

2. Account & Access

• Access is granted via unique API keys provided by the administrator.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login key.
• Sharing or reselling your key is prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• The administrator reserves the right to disable any account at any time without notice.

3. Billing & Refunds

• All deposits are processed via USDT TRC-20 and are non-refundable once credited.
• Minimum deposit amount is $10 USD.
• Each card check is charged at the current rate displayed on the Checker page.
• Cards that return Error or Skipped status are automatically refunded.
• If you stop a check in progress, unprocessed cards are automatically refunded.
• Balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another account.

4. Usage Rules

• The service is intended for authorized card verification purposes only.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Any attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the service is prohibited.
• Automated abuse, DDoS attacks, or excessive API calls will result in immediate ban.
• We are not responsible for how you use the results of card checks.

5. Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without any warranties.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of check results.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, inaccurate results, or account termination.
• Gateway availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice.

6. Privacy

• We store card check history for service functionality. Logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
• Your login key and transaction history are only visible to you and the administrator.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and forfeit remaining balance if you violate these terms. No prior notice is required.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
